How to prepare for a waxing appointment?
Grow hair for at least a 1/4 inch or 1/2 inch for coarse hair. This takes one to 2 weeks of hair growth after shaving. Exfoliating with an exfoliating gloves the day before waxing is suggested for less pain at the appointment.

Most parts of the body can be waxed, such as the eyebrows, upper lip, chin, arms, back, chest, stomach, legs, bikini area, and the genital area.
What to do during my first wax appointment?
During your first time wax appointment, your service provider will coach you on how to breath and relax to get an amazing experience. Please let us know and we will walk you through every step at the appointment.
How to prevent or treat ingrown hairs between appointments?
Exfoliate alternating with exfoliating gloves, dry bruising or chemical exfoliators. If you are more prone to ingrown hairs, also use a topical exfoliant or request for a vajacial.
What can I expect from the waxing appointment?
You can have temporary redness or minor irritation right after your waxing appointment. It does not last more than a day. Avoid heavy exercise that will increase perspiration and chaffing the first day following your appointment.
How long does waxing take?
An appointment can take from about 15-20 minutes for eyebrows, brazilian, underarm or 30 min- 45 min for a full leg or multiple body parts together.
Why choose waxing?
Consider waxing because it actually lasts much longer than shaving, it pulls the hairs from the root and you are left with no stubbles on your skin. Avoiding shaving in between appointments allows for a better result and a “trained” hair growth. With a regular waxing routine your hair will become finer and grow slower!

The pain associated with waxing differs from person to person and depends on skin sensitivity, hair density and more. Before thinking of the pain, remember that any pain is very minor and very temporary.
How often should you get waxed?
Regular waxing is essential. For many that is every 3-6 weeks. The skin will be less sensitive and the hair becomes finer if waxing is done as a routine.

This depends on the person and their hair growth. Results usually last from 3 to 6 weeks.
